– A matte, white, topcoated polypropylene with permanent, acrylic based adhesive. This material is only suitable as a secondary label to be applied to the manufacturer’s label on the blood bag. It is not approved for direct application onto a blood bag.
– Complies with ISBT128 standard for the identification of blood products when used in conjunctions with Zebra printers
– Meets FDA Guidelines for Uniform Labelling of Blood and Blood Components
– Adhesive complies with FDA 175.105 for indirect contact with food additives, therefore label must be separated by a functional barrier
– Tear and water resistant. BPA and latex free
